CITO CUSHION CREASE is a technical rubber engineered to support creasing rules on thick corrugated boards like A, B, C flutes or 5-ply cartons.
It helps widen the folding line, making it easier to fold and preventing cracks or tears on the paper surface.

With a standard hardness of 70 Shore A, this product delivers stable pressure and long-term durability, even in high-volume production.
Available in various thicknesses (6.4–10.0 mm), CITO CUSHION CREASE can be flexibly used with both flat-bed and rotary die-cutting systems.

Color-coded specifications (green, blue, gold, purple) make identification and installation quick and accurate for technicians during setup.
